Nevertheless, a similar type of condensation transition can occur also in off-equilibrium classical systems and in particular, complex networks. The book I choose to review is entitled Linked – the New Science of Networks by author Albert Laszlo Barabasi (2002). The New Science of Networks, Cambridge University Press, Cambridge 2002. Though the link between these images and the 'rage virus' that takes over the British Isles is never explained, the film abstractly puts forth the idea that there is some relation between media image and biological virus. As I've noted previously, I've been exploring the science of complexity these last few months, trying to get a feel for the different subfields and how it can be applied to various real world issues. You can find a lot of technical resources at: http://www.nd.edu/~networks/. In his recent book, Linked: the New Science of Networks, Albert-Laszlo Barabasi describes his experience with networks both the development of real-world network theory and scale-free networks. "LINKED:The New Science of Networks" by Albert-Laszlo Barabasi. Barabasi also covers this in his book Linked: The New Science of Networks. Albert-Laszlo Barabsi in his detailed book Linked: The New Science of Networks gives compelling evidence how everything is interconnected to everything else. Most recently, this view has influenced the emerging field of 'network science,' whose scope is not limited to the biological or informational domains, but proposes a synoptic view of networks as both ubiquitous and universal.
